Messolonghi (ΜΕΣΟΛΟΓΓΙ), is a town that every Greek in the world knows and every Philhellene, as it played a significant role in the Revolution and is the town that Lord Byron died in battle against the Turks. For me it's like calling Melbourne as Milbourne, it's barbaric.
