The Marine Fisheries Department (MFD) (Urdu: سررشتہ برائے سمندری ماہی گیری) is a department of the Government of Pakistan. It is part of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs (Pakistan).

It is the executive fishery agency of the federal Government, with primary responsibilities for ensuring management and development of fishery resources in the interest of the nation. According to the constitution, the management of marine fisheries is a federal responsibility out side the limit of territorial waters (12 nautical miles). The Ministry of Food, Agriculture & Livestock (MINFAL) is the Federal Agency responsible for fisheries.
