Picture format problem

Can someone please fix the pict that does not want to show up at the beginning of this article? As far as I can tell, the format has never been correct, and this image has never shown: I can get the pict to show, but I'm having problems with the lengthy caption showing up with it. Thanks. Hello there, Much as I admire Bryce, his various publications are not without controversy. The article might be strengthened by including some mention of his critics and detractors, Roger Casement among them. Thank you.
