I have checked on www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk and there are no records of any children of James Drummond and Sarah Mackintosh being born there between c. 1810 and 1828. The couple were married, it seems, in Ireland (again no record on the Scottish website), and lived Cork from their marriage until the end of 1828, so it is very likely all their children were born there. But as Irish civil records before 1922 have huge gaps in them there is little chance of verifying this. As it happens Rica Erickson says nothing about James' (jun) birth. --[[User:Tippitiwitchet|E. --E.
