PGS is a focused marine geophysical company with three operating units: Marine Contract, MultiClient and Data Processing and Technology.


The floating production unit was demerged in 2006 and listed as a [[Petrojarl|Petrojarl ASA]] on [[Oslo Stock Exchange]].
