Milton High School was located in the "1909 Building" from 1909 until the spring of 2003. The school moved into its new building in the fall of 2003 after the building was converted from the Charles S. Pierce Middle School. The fieldhouse and turf for a playing field were built with money received from Copeland Family Foundation of Milton.

The athletic teams compete in the [[Bay State Conference]]. The Wildcats boys basketball team won State Championships in 1988, 1996 and 2009.
