F.S.S has one of the largest gymnasiums in the East Kootenays making it a requested gym to compete in as there is a lot of room to serve for volleyball. |

As of 2024, there have been multiple cases of the building deteriorating. The first issue came with a pipe exploding, causing the closure of the office, technology room, APEX room, computer lab, staff room, and a meeting room. As of 5/6/24, repairs are being made with the hope to have it finished before the 2024-25 school year. |
