== Adding Jonah Gadjovich Stanley Cup status ==

See [[Ben Hutton]] not qualifying under rules [https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/4678058/2023/07/10/vegas-golden-knights-stanley-cup-names-championship/ yet being included].

Obviously there is no way to know yet whether his name will be included or not, but considering the closeness of his qualifications (2 games short) and his injury history from this [https://www.foxsports.com/nhl/jonah-gadjovich-player season]. [https://phillyhockeynow.com/2023/06/04/will-ex-flyer-nolan-patrick-get-his-name-engraved-on-stanley-cup/ See also].

Would a possible solution be to add it in the article but not include it in the box or a separate award section until further info is known as to his inclusion? [[User:ruttgc49|Ruttgc49]] 12:49, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
:{{reply|Ruttgc49}} Gadjovich is not listed at [https://records.nhl.com/playoff-summary/stanley-cup-winner?season=20232024 NHL records page]. We do not add him as Stanley Cup champion until the team asks for an exemption and he appears on that NHL records page. Adding Jonah Gadjovich Stanley Cup status

See Ben Hutton not qualifying under rules yet being included.

Obviously there is no way to know yet whether his name will be included or not, but considering the closeness of his qualifications (2 games short) and his injury history from this season. See also.

Would a possible solution be to add it in the article but not include it in the box or a separate award section until further info is known as to his inclusion? Ruttgc49 12:49, 27 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Ruttgc49: Gadjovich is not listed at NHL records page. We do not add him as Stanley Cup champion until the team asks for an exemption and he appears on that NHL records page. Your suggestion to add something in prose is nothing more than WP:CRYSTAL at this point. – sbaio 18:17, 27 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I see you've already had this discussion. Will wait until Gadjovich officially gets an exemption before changing his page. --Count3D (talk) 20:14, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

None of those characters are used on uniforms. So this should be discussed, because I am pretty sure there are some guidelines that talk about this, but I am away at this moment so I can not check it. – sbaio 15:14, 2 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The first page that comes to my mind is WP:IUP#FORMAT. – sbaio 15:16, 2 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can you find anything regarding the use of ® and in logos there? I can't at least. Jonteemil (talk) 15:19, 2 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
