Actually, there used to be one. But the organizers have done a horrible job at updating. It's last information was from the 2001 pageant.

I had never heard of Miss Europe contest, but stumbled on to it via coming upon one Steffie Vida, who had a VERY brief career in films. I know little about this, but a quick net search does not bring up a current Miss Europe, so I'm thinking you're right and that this is all in the past. The 1933 winner was representing [émigré] Russia, not the USSR (which did not participate in the event). The Miss Russia contest was organised by an émigré publication, ''Illustrated Russia'', published in Paris. I have edited the corresponding bits.
