William S. "Bill" Lerach is a securities lawyer in the United States. He serves as Chairman of law firm Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP. Mr. Lerach is chief counsel in many high profile securities and corporate derivative suites including Enron, Dynegy, WorldCom and AOL/Time Warner.
