Séamus Donnelly (Irish: Séamas Ó Donnghaile) was a Provisional Irish Republican Army volunteer from County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

Background

Donnelly was the fourth eldest child in a family of eight and was born and raised in the small village of Aughnaskea, Gallbally, a rural area of east County Tyrone. Here he grew up with fellow member of the East Tyrone Brigade Declan Arthurs and Tony Gormley in the small village of Galbally.
