Séamus Donnelly (Irish: Séamas Ó Donnghaile) was a Provisional Irish Republican Army volunteer from County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
Background
Donnelly was the fourth eldest child in a family of eight and was born and raised in the small village of Aughnaskea, Gallbally, a rural area of east County Tyrone. Here he grew up with fellow member of the East Tyrone Brigade Declan Arthurs and Tony Gormley in the small village of Galbally. He attended St.Joseph's school in Galbally as a child and later St. Patrick's school in Dungannon.
