Karuppampatti is a upcoming Indian Tamil film directed by Prabhu Raja Cholan a former associate of Shankar, starring Ajmal Ameer in the lead role. The film, will be set in two backdrops - that of a village and the city. “It will chronicle the life history of a legendary father and his lovable son, both played by Ajmal. Ajmal’s two roles in the film will be totally different from each other. “One will be a young father of the early 1970s and the other will be the modern son of 2010. The film is expected to release in 2010.[1]
