Alexander Nevill or Neville (1544-1614), was an English politician.
Nevill was an English Member of Parliament, representing Christchurch in the Parliament of 1589, for Peterborough in 1597 and Saltash in that of 1601. The Dictionary of National Biography suggests that he may be identical with the scholar Alexander Neville (1544-1614), secretary to Archbishop Parker, although this is uncertain.
