===Toot Toot Chugga Chugga Big Red Car===
I think there are 2 different 1999 versions of Toot Toot, Chugga Chugga Big Red Car. One is used on The Wiggly Big Show at the beginning and at the end and the other is used on the 1999 version of Toot Toot as a regular music video. Wiggles VHS on DVD

Do you know what I wish? I wish the Wiggles VHS tapes were released on DVD. I'll show you the list.

  1. Wiggle Time - 1993
  2. Yummy Yummy - 1994
  3. Big Red Car - 1995
  4. Wake Up Jeff! - 1996
  5. Wiggledance! - 1997
  6. Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas - 1997
  7. Toot, Toot! - 1998
  8. The Dorothy the Dinosaur and Friends Video - 1999
  9. The Wiggly Big Show - 1999

Yes, those are rare videos now. Dance Party is the DVD of Big Red Car. They had to get rid of all the songs they couldn't get copyright approval on, involving all of Raffi's material, and pop versions of Rudolph and Vini Vini. And they had to fix up all those typos from Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas. This is the same information you've been telling me for years on tv.com. ;) AngusWOOF (talk) 16:49, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Don't forget the typos of Toot Toot and the removal of the cover version of On Your Holiday. And one more thing. If the Wiggles had permission to have the songs that were banished such as "Everybody is Clever", "Vini, Vini" and "Baby Beluga", then they would put them on a special DVD. Dcelano 13:25, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt they'd put them on a special DVD. AngusWOOF (talk) 20:32, 8 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
And if they had put the banished songs on a special DVD, maybe it would show their VHS tapes such as "Wake Up Jeff!", "Wiggledance!" and "Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas" in full versions I showed you. Dcelano 02:56, 9 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There's no track record saying that The Wiggles would collect their formerly licensed material and redistribute old albums. I've seen that with some music groups, who release b-side compilations. We could have seen Wiggle Time 1993 re-released in its entirety instead of just having the clips, but what did they do this year for the 20th anniversary? They re-released the 1998 version. But it is rather interesting how many videos they had to tweak, just about every early video had to be edited after the first publication, and even the current ones have similar issues. AngusWOOF (talk) 15:30, 10 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
And the original release of Wiggledance from 1997 should be the right one chosen to be released on DVD showing live footage at the Seymour Centre from December 1996. And the original music videos such as "Get Ready to Wiggle", "Hot Potato", "Can You Point Your Fingers And Do the Twist?", "Wake Up Jeff!" and "Toot, Toot, Chugga Chugga, Big Red Car" should also be shown on DVD. 21:06, 10 April 2012 (UTC)
That won't happen. They already showed what they wanted to in the retro documentaries. AngusWOOF (talk) 21:46, 10 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
What do you mean? 1:21, 11 April 2012 (UTC)
They showed clips of "Get Ready to Wiggle" from 1991 and "Dorothy the Dinosaur" from 1992 in one of the documentaries. AngusWOOF (talk) 04:41, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I guess the original releases of Wiggle Time and Yummy Yummy are the only ones to feature the original shoots such as the Wiggles with regular clothing and Anthony as Captain Feathersword. Dcelano 00:10, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Wiggles VHS

Do you know what I think, Angus? I think we both like the original Wiggles VHS versions better than the VHS re-recordings, re-releases and the DVDs. I'll show you the list.

Wiggle Time - 1993
Yummy Yummy - 1994 (This is where Anthony's father named John played the cook)
Big Red Car - 1995 (This is where the Big Red Car was a cut-out. There is also a Matthew Perry song called "On Your Holiday".)
Wake Up Jeff! - 1996 (This is better because there's a song adapted from a 1953 called "Everybody is Clever")
Wiggledance! - 1997 (Recorded live at the Seymour Centre on December 1996. But the original release is even better because there's a rarest song of all called "Vini Vini". I even like the other songs such as "Baby Beluga" and the original segments better, especially Greg Page the original yellow Wiggle.)
Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas - 1997 (Because there's "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer")
Toot Toot! - 1998 (This is rare throughout like other original videotapes such as a Raffi song called "Bathtime" and the original "Toot Toot, Chugga Chugga, Big Red Car", especially a different opening and credits and sketches.)
The Wiggly Big Show - 1999 (I like Greg on the VHS better than Sam on the DVD.)

So what do you think? Dcelano 22:32 (UTC)

Well, you might like them. I'd have to check on a per video basis. AngusWOOF (talk) 22:57, 9 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, and let's not forget the original version of The Wiggles Movie where Wally the Great keeps on failing his magic and decides to look for a magic wand, especially the 1998 opening clip starring the Wiggles. Dcelano 22:38, 30 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I don't remember that one. You're really stretching it if you think a video is better because it has an introductory clip. AngusWOOF (talk) 18:03, 30 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I looked at the youtube video you posted, but the clip where Wally fails his magic is in all versions of the movie! Also the Wiggles introduction was added to the video versions but was not in the original Australian theatrical presentation. Please look at Talk:The Wiggles Movie for the research you need to do to confirm all the sequences. AngusWOOF (talk) 16:39, 31 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Toot Toot, Chugga Chugga, Big Red Car - Original 1998 Music Video

I think the original version of "Toot Toot, Chugga Chugga, Big Red Car" was not only shown on the original version of "Toot Toot" and episodes but also on a rare Wiggles video commercial found regularly on Wiggledance. I'll show you the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tymprxOY910 Dcelano 16:02, (UTC)

It is logical to assume videos made in 1998 would promote other videos made up to 1998. AngusWOOF (talk) 04:35, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Henry's Dance

Somebody on TV.Com posted a note on the Yummy Yummy page and it says that in the 1994 version, Anthony wore a white shirt in the song "Henry's Dance." Dcelano (talk) 05:27, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's already noted on wikipedia: Yummy Yummy (album) -AngusWOOF (talk) 17:48, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wiggle Time

I think the song "Fruit Salad" was moved from Wiggle Time to Yummy Yummy when they were re-released in 1998.Dcelano (talk) 05:31, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's already noted on wikipedia: Wiggle Time -AngusWOOF (talk) 17:48, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yummy Yummy Deleted Song

I know a deleted song of Yummy Yummy that's already noted on here: Yummy Yummy (album). It's called "Dorothy's Birthday Party" although it's a short story version with a deleted character Lucy Fixit. Dcelano (talk) 20:21, 3 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's not a deleted scene when the entire video is re-recorded (1994 to 1998 version). -AngusWOOF (talk) 02:02, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
OK, so I guess some of the Wiggles' deleted songs are only on the original releases of Wiggledance, Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas and Toot Toot. Dcelano (talk) 04:27, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
There are enough examples for deleted scenes; they don't need every single frame cut ever made, because all films have that kind of stuff; they only want ones that have been published and then cut for major reasons like copyright compliance. -AngusWOOF (talk) 02:31, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas DVD

The Region 4 release of the Wiggly, Wiggly Christmas should have bonus features such as rare songs and a photo gallery. I'll show you an example. https://www.facebook.com/daniel.celano/media_set?set=a.532411916800169.1073741830.100000940951967&type=3 Dcelano (talk) 19:27, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
