Hi, can you explain why you put up the {protection} tag at Greece? First off, I don't really see there is a serious dispute there at the moment; second, the page wasn't actually protected, and you aren't an administrator, are you? Was that a mistake? Greek names

Hi, you've added Greek names to certain articles on countries. I have removed them as only the official country names are listed where you listed them. Telex 13:03, 8 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

WMP11

Where did you get a verifiable source stating June 14 will be release date for WMP 11? I am removing it for now. You may put it back with a verifiable source. --soumসৌমোyasch 14:36, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

About some of your contributions

Hi there, MetroStar. It is nice to see you decided to contribute to Wikipedia. But, although most of your edits are plausible, some of your edits are not the kind we expect to see on Wikipedia. First of all, submitting funny edits (like this one: [1]) is not what Wikipedia is about. Removal of text, as you did here: [2], [3] is also not the right thing to do, just as adding nonsence to Wikipedia, as you did here: [4]. Removing warnings from your talk page (as you did here: [5]) is a grave offence on Wikipedia, as is personaly attacking other contributors, as you did here: [6], [7], [8]. I need to inform you that most of the things I pointed out here could get you blockd from editing Wikipedia. And, in fact, if you do something like that again, some administrator will very probably block you... so I hope you won't do something like that again. --Dijxtra 17:03, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:Ghp logo.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Ghp logo.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 16:06, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. As a member of the Wikipedia community, I would like to remind you of Wikipedia's neutral-point-of-view policy for editors, which you appear to have violated at MIRC. In the meantime, please be bold and continue contributing to Wikipedia. Thank you! — Nathan (talk) 06:51, 17 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Edits

Helllo. having a look at the "olympiacos" article i saw at the history that you are saving your changes every one or two minutes and not at the end of your edits. please use in future the "SHOW PREVIEW" button. it helps the other users to keep control of the article-history. thank you :)--84.172.27.112 14:54, 3 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Stubs

Hi. I see you're adding short (stub) articles on footballers. Thanks for your contribution, but could you please mark these as "stubs" by adding footybio-stub at the bottom? This places them on a list of articles that need to be expanded so other ediors can find them easily. Thanks Tonywalton  | Talk 10:34, 11 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've done the ones you've added up to now, but it would be good if you could remember this in the future. There are also "categories" you can add; an example taken from Traianos Dellas might be:

Obviously, replace the name and/or nationality in the category tag as appropriate. Tonywalton  | Talk 10:55, 11 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Useless articles

I think it is good to contribute in wikipedia, however i find it useless to write articles that nobody cares, such as saburic and kikis philippou. Those are not notable people to be written in encyclopedia. Kikis philippou for example is just a president of an average cypriot team. Also some articles like Aris Zygos are really funny to write them so, especially for a team playing of the league of its area. KRBN 22:59, 16 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Super League

Please stop trying to make the Greek Super League stand out in the disambig page. The Greek Super League is no more important than any of the others. hoopydinkConas tá tú? 15:50, 22 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
