I see you are still not adding the required attribution, as required under the terms of the CC-by-SA license. Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Constitutional basis of taxation in Australia into Section 96 of the Constitution of Australia. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. You were already advised back in January to start doing this. Please have a look at this edit summary as an example of how it is done. Please let me know if you are having trouble understanding what to do or why we have to do it. Thanks, — Diannaa (talk) 15:07, 8 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted.

Please take this opportunity to be sure you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  — Diannaa (talk) 02:46, 31 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Accept reason:

I am unblocking your account, as this post shows you have a good understanding of copyright law and how it applies to Wikipedia editing; and this post demonstrates that you don't intend to use multiple accts to avoid scrutiny. Welcome back, and happy editing. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 04:29, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Enthusiast01, "for reasons previously discussed" is not going to be clear to those unaware of your block appeal before this one. Do you want me to link to it here to provide context? Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 03:56, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please do. Nice to see you are keeping an eye on me. Enthusiast01 (talk) 03:59, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I have your talk page watchlisted. And like I stated, I know how hard it is to stop editing this site for good, no matter how much you want to.
Anyway, for those reviewing this matter, Enthusiast01 made a case for being unblocked in December 2016; see here and here. He was very close to being unblocked, as is clear by Diannaa's final response on the matter, but he was upset and left instead of taking the time to reply when given a clear opportunity for an unblock. It seems he needed some time to cool off, which is clearly why he's back now. If the reviewing administrator thinks this needs to go back to WP:AN, I'd be willing to set up another block review. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 04:11, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Flyer22, the usual course of action is to first contact the blocking admin, as they are typically contacted regardless. Also, no need for a big drama-rama, he has met the unblock conditions that I set out. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 04:29, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Wow, that was quick. Enthusiast01 (talk) 04:35, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Diannaa, the blocking administrator's opinion being important is why I pinged you above. As for a big drama-rama, I was thinking logically -- that the request might be declined, given the statements of others at WP:AN. In any case, if you feel that he has met the unblock conditions, there's nothing more to state. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 04:49, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
On a side note: Enthusiast01, you did pop into my head hours before your above unblock request. That's because, when scrolling my watchlist, this longtime editor caught my eye after using one of your favorite edit summaries: "Tidy." Anyway, I hope to see you editing well. Remember to keep sourcing (inline references) in mind. You know, more than you usually do. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 05:20, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited IP address, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page RIR (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
