Proposed deletion of James Noël MacKenzie MacLean

The article James Noël MacKenzie MacLean has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

MacLean was a historian, but it does not appear that he received any secondary recognition. The article is only sourced to his work. A search on google shows up Amazon adds for his work, but no sourced by others on him. My search of google books is only showing his work, not mention from others
