MICROS-Fidelio serves all segments of the market including luxury, upscale, mid-price, economy, budget, full service, specialized service, and limited service hotels. Its primary product is Opera PMS (Property Management System) and is now installed in many luxury chains such as Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels. Its largest client is the Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) and numbers in the thousands. IHG is comprised of well-known brands such as Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and InterContinental hotels. 24-hour support is also available to its clients and customer satisfaction ratings are at their highest in years. Even with the acquisition of JTECH Communications, MICROS increased its cash and cash equivalents by 68% to $153.5 million, positioning it well for future investment opportunities.
