Sold records?

In a-ha's discography, there is a statement that they sold over 100 million units: https://musicnorway.no/artist/a-ha-2/ However, the intro to this article says that they "only" sold 55 million records with a reference to Rhino (the link is no longer working). The German wikipedia states that they sold over 80 million.
