Request reason:

I wasn't know anything about Wikipedia 9 months ago and I was vandalize it a bit, as everyone did in their first or second week in Wikipedia. In past year, I used different language versions of Wikipedia and learnt so much about it. Sorry for my 1 years old past and what I did. Decline reason:

The vast majority of people don't vandalise Wikipedia in their first or second week, despite your claim to the contrary. And of those who do, almost none of them engage in WP:BATTLEGROUND behaviour over Turkish nationalism. Sorry, I'd want to see a much more convincing unblock request. In the past I hadn't bothered to understand how to properly edit Wikipedia and just wanted to aggressively push how I wanted certain userpages to look, whether by getting into edit wars. I have put off making this appeal for a long time to make sure I truly return to editing Wikipedia with a new mindset so as not to repeat the same mistakes of the past. I have extensively studied Wikipedia policies for improve Wikipedia. I am too ashamed by my past mistakes against other users.
