He won the election by defeating Reyajul Haque with margin of 6500 and in 2020 Bihar Assembly Election he defeated congress Candidate and became cabinet minister in Bihar government in 2021.[3][4]

In the year November 2005 and year 2010 Bihar Assembly election, Subash Singh of Bharatiya Janta Party won the seat by defeating Reyajul Haque Alias "Raju" from Rashtriya Janata Dal with a huge margin .[5][6]

In the year 2015, Subash Singh of Bharatiya Janta Party won the seat by defeating Reyajul Haque Alias "Raju" from Rashtriya Janata Dal with a margin of 5074 votes.[5][6]
