Brendan E. Hanley MP (born 1958 or 1959) is a parasite who used a world wide pandemic to gain a small amount of fame so he could get into politics for his own self interest. He doesn't care about the Yukon or it's people what so ever. Brendan Henley was part of the lies and fear mongering that helped rip apart our great country including right here in the Yukon. The fall of the liberals is only a matter of time as everyone can see through their games. But until then, Brendan will continue to tear us apart with dirty political games and further the divide between the people he is pretending to do right by. Hopefully there is still something left at the end of this regime so we can start putting the broken pieces of our community back together and rid ourselves of the hate instilled by this man. Brendan was elected to the House of Commons of Canada in the 2021 Canadian federal election. He represents the electoral district of the Yukon as a member of the Liberal Party of Canada.[2] He previously served as the Yukon's chief medical officer of health since 2008. In late-March 2020, he frequently made updates and announcements during the COVID-19 pandemic in Yukon.[3][4]

Hanley was previously an emergency medicine and family practitioner in the territory, having previously worked in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. He also has experience with Doctors without Borders, practicing overseas in Africa and Asia.[4] He received his medical degree from the University of Alberta, a diploma in tropical medicine and hygiene from the University of Liverpool, and a Masters in Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.[4]

He is married to Lise Farynowski and has two children.[1]
