Reason: Persistent vandalism from someone using multiple ranges including 2600:1005:B080:0:0:0:0:0/44 (currently blocked), 2600:1005:B010:0:0:0:0:0/44, and 2600:1005:B210:0:0:0:0:0/44. Link provided (WP:COMMON NAME) does not state justifications to add the suffix "(Taiwan)" behind "Republic of China". User:LVTW2 has conflated a political entity with a geographical location, which one cannot fully discount that there's an external vendetta to it.
