To be honest, the US-backed Afghanistan was militarily occupied by the US. Like everybody did on Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia, shouldn't we add "and was militarily occupied by the US and allied forces" with allied forces in contrast to NATO. Please share your thoughts. Muhafiz-e-Pakistan (talk) 13:30, 2 October 2022 (UTC)

Add National Resistance Front to succeeded by 67.42.87.133 (talk) 00:28, 29 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Also National Resistance Front is doing a insurgency, and only occupied 2-5 villages, so it is wrong to add it for the "succeed by" section. Muhafiz-e-Pakistan (talk) 13:31, 2 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The first sentence of this page is biased; the sources cited implying the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan are irreputable, and the vast majority of Western and international academia would not consider the legitimate, UN-recognized government of Afghanistan from 2001-2021 a "puppet" regime. Furthermore, the "puppet" phrase appears to have been edited only 11 days ago by whom it likely a biased contributor, further calling the fairness of the introduction into question. 2600:8801:278E:1205:2872:5AE8:4CBA:5B53 (talk) 01:27, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Military Occupation

To be honest, the US-backed Afghanistan was militarily occupied by the US. Like everybody did on Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia, shouldn't we add "and was militarily occupied by the US and allied forces" with allied forces in contrast to NATO. Please share your thoughts. Muhafiz-e-Pakistan (talk) 13:30, 2 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

GDP PPP

There's absolutely no way the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan had a GDP PPP per capita of $83,000. 147.160.1.69 (talk) 16:15, 13 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I think we are just using the most reliable recent data if you find anything that contradicts it please share with a source Von bismarck (talk) 17:40, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
