Question About Edit Warring Concern

Hello Bbb23! Recently, you had ruled that this had no violation of edit warring policy. I know you're probably very busy, but if you have the time, can you please provide me some more feedback as to why there is no violation? Had I made an error in the process? It takes 4 reverts to violate WP:3RR. An admin may block an editor for edit-warring after 3 reverts, but that depends on the circumstances.--Bbb23 (talk) 18:14, 12 October 2023 (UTC)

Notice must remain

If my notice should remain at Grandmaster's page, then how come he was allowed to open an SPI case against me without leaving a notice for me? Why are the rules different between the ANI and SPI? Different noticeboards have different rules. Many administrative noticeboards require notification, but SPI does not. JM2023 complained about the same thing.
