If my notice should remain at {{u|Grandmaster}}'s page, then how come he was allowed to open an SPI case against me without leaving a notice for me? ANI and the IP editor

It appears I met them while they were being very active and by no means always correct, but I should have looked even deeper than I did. I have apologised to them on their talk page. Thank you for closing the thread. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 14:02, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

No problem, very decent of you.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:37, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Question About Edit Warring Concern

Hello Bbb23! Recently, you had ruled that this had no violation of edit warring policy. I know you're probably very busy, but if you have the time, can you please provide me some more feedback as to why there is no violation? Had I made an error in the process? I'm new to the process of reporting people for edit warring so I apologize if I made a mistake. Thank you. Atinoua (talk) 14:05, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Two reverts is not edit-warring. You reverted twice yourself. You should not have filed the report.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:34, 12 October 2023 (UTC)--Bbb23 (talk) 14:34, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the clarification, Bbb23. Just to be crystal clear, if the user I reported adds their suggestion 1 more time within 24 hours, without reaching consensus on the talk page first, that's when I should file the report? I appreciate your help. Atinoua (talk) 17:33, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It takes 4 reverts to violate WP:3RR. An admin may block an editor for edit-warring after 3 reverts, but that depends on the circumstances.--Bbb23 (talk) 18:14, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Never talk to me again

Never talk to me again. You do not know what I am going through. Jargo Nautilus (talk) 10:16, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Notice must remain

If my notice should remain at Grandmaster's page, then how come he was allowed to open an SPI case against me without leaving a notice for me? Why are the rules different between the ANI and SPI? I only found out about the SPI case because another person (JM2023) messaged me. Jargo Nautilus (talk) 11:03, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
