National Postal Service (Exeter)

In the North American nation of Exeter, the National Postal Service, or NPS, is a governmental organisation that handles all postal, tariff and mail-related services throughout the country. Founded in its most primitive form as early as 1844 during the reign of British North America, it was used as a more regional method for delivering and distributing inter-territorial goods and messages. The NPS was officially organized on paper by statesman and People's Representative Hermes S. Royce on April 30th, 1864, roughly two years after Exeter gained a semi-independent status from the British Empire.
