Antigua and Barbuda is now already Visa-Free for visits of 30 days.

Citizens of Antigua and Barbuda can enter China citizens under a visa-free agreement that has already took effect and visa-versa for China Passport Holders entering the other country. The visa-free period agreed upon is 30 days per visit with no limits. In addition to proof being obtained from visa policy of Antigua and Barbuda, here are more examples of links that shows proof as well in addition to what has been mentioned.
