@Only seen once: I don't see you as having been blocked in the block log. In any case, if you are blocked/banned for a temporary amount of time, the best course of action is to simply wait out the block, take stock of the reason(s) you were blocked in the first place (in addition to reading up on any other Wikipedia policy/guideline you're unclear on), and refrain from that behavior in the future.
