Cohn won Miss Grand Guatemala 2013, as well as Miss Guatemala Latina 2013, and then represented her country at Miss Latin America in the Dominican Republic, where she reached the top five.[3]

On August 10, 2023, Cohn won Miss Universe Guatemala. She is the first married woman with children to win the beauty pageant. She then represented her country at Miss Universe 2023 beauty in El Salvador.[4]
