Another user added Special:Contributions/151.230.148.195 to the list after I opened this report. The IP seems like a duck as it restored an edit that a recently blocked sock tried to make less than 24 hours before. However, I understand that checkusers can't do much publicly with IP addresses, so please note that my CU request is limited only to the named account. :Seemed like Special:Diff/1233470407 Cowboyoncecartier want to make a point about unsourced genre (genre Pop music) like Special:Diff/1231521616 Kandiheelz even though there is a WP:RS about 12th ASCAP Award for Pop Songwriter in main section.
