Highway 516 is a provincial secondary highway in the Canadian province of Ontario. It is a rather remote highway with no communities along its 104 kilometer route. It serves as the link between Sioux Lookout and Highway 599.
Termini
- West-East segment:
- Western terminus: Highway 72 in the town of Sioux Lookout
- Eastern terminus: Highway 599 in the hamlet of Silver Dollar.

Previous designations
