Background
Darren Jon-Jeffries (born 1982 in Wrexham) is a Welsh actor who is best known for playing Sam "O.B." O'Brien in the British Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks, which he has played since 1997[1]. He is a former pupil at Padgate High School, and its adjoining college, in Warrington, England.[citation needed]
Hollyoaks
Jeffries has played the role of O.B for 10 years, and has become a strong favourite among Hollyoaks fans. In 2007 after 10 years of playing OB in Hollyoaks, Darren will leave the Channel 4 soap. This has been confirmed, and has saddend fans and cast
