Montell Douglas (born 20 March 1983) is a British sprinter and the current British record holder for 100m, beating Kathy Cook's previous record by .05s.
In 2008 she finished second behind Jeanette Kwakye in the women's 100m at the British Championships. Douglas will represent Great Britain, along with Kwakye, at the 2008 Olympics, in the 100m sprint.
