This is a list of Chaldean Patriarchs of Babylon, the leaders of the Chaldean Catholic Church and one of the Patriarchs of the east of the Roman Catholic Church. The patriarchate was recognized by the Holy See following the reconciliation of Mar Yohanan Soulaqa VIII with Rome in 1552. This list continues from the Nestorian succesion that traces itself back from St. Thomas in the 1st century.
