The Suite Life on Deck is an American sitcom Disney Channel Original Series spin-off of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody that follows brothers Zack and Cody and London moving to a new home, The SS Tipton, where they attend classes, make new friends and get into mischief.

The show was created by Danny Kallis and Pamela Eells O'Connell. Returning stars for the series are Dylan Sprouse, Cole Sprouse, Brenda Song and Phill Lewis. Newcomers for the series includes Debby Ryan, Matthew Timmons and Erin Cardillo.

The pilot episode will be aired on September 26, 2008. 16 Episodes are already filmed.

Zack and Cody Martin

The Martin twins will be on the luxury passenger cruise liner The S.S. Tipton where they attend classes at Seven Seas High, but still get into mischief. They will make a new friend named Woody.Zachary "Zack" Martin (Dylan Sprouse) is typically the unstudious, outgoing twin. On the ship, Zack works at the juice bar, serving drinks and smoothies. His brother Cody (Cole Sprouse) is the erudite, mature, and sensitive twin who gets straight "A's". He often plays along with his brother's crazy schemes. He shows less interest in girls than his brother, but he gets most of them. Cody has a crush on Bailey similar to the crush Zack has on Maddie. On the ship Cody is the towel boy.

London Tipton

London Tipton (Brenda Song) is the daughter of Wilfred Tipton, the owner of the Tipton Hotel and the S.S. Tipton. She is an obvious parody of Paris Hilton, down to the ditzie demeanor and frivolous spending and name of the character (London/Paris and Tipton/Hilton). Although you never see Mr. Tipton fully — usually hiding behind his security force — he is frequently mentioned. London is a dim-witted, spoiled, rich teenager. She dislikes her step-moms and talks to Mr. Moseby about her problems. When happy she usually claps her hands repeatedly while saying her catchphrase, "Yay me!". Though it seems like London may lead the ultimate rich-girl life, her childhood was not perfect. At the SS Tipton, she makes new friends, Bailey, who will be her roommate and Woody.

Marion Moseby

Mr. Moseby (Phill Lewis) was the somewhat uptight manager of the Tipton Hotel, then chaperon on the S.S. Tipton. He speaks with a wide vocabulary, and his signature catchphrase is "Good luck with that!". Often annoyed by Zack and Cody, he has given them the nickname "hooligans" and acts as though he does not care about the boys, but actually has a great deal of affection for them. Mr. Moseby is probably more of a father to London than her own. He said he taught London how to walk, her ABCs, and tried to teach London how to drive. He cares for London and treats her like his own and helps her with any problems she is having. He likes everything neat and organized.

Bailey Pickett

Bailey Pickett (Debby Ryan) is a girl from Kettlecorn, Kansas. She will be sharing a suite with London Tipton. She is always mistaken as a boy. Bailey is a student at Seven Seas High and attending classes with new friends Zack, Cody, London, and Woody. On board, Bailey is one of the chefs in training since she wants to become a chef.

Woody

Woody (Matthew Timmons) is Cody's new roommate and a complete opposite of Cody.

Miss Tutweiller

Miss Tutweiller (Erin Cardillo) is one of the primary teachers on board Seven Seas High.
