Francisco Garrido Patrón (b. Mexico City, Distrito Federal in 1953) is a Mexican politician, and since 2003, governor of the State of Querétaro, and member of the National Action Party (PAN).

Previously he was mayor of Queretaro City, from October 1, 1997, to September 30, 2000. When he was candidate there was controversy on whether he complied the required number of years living in the city. During his term, he resolved the problem of street vendors, known as ambulantes.

In the 2003 governor election he defeated Fernando Ortiz (PRI, candidate for second time). Garrido inaugurated the new international airport in 2004. He has stimulated the aeronautical industry in the state. Controversy is now on his constant trips to Europe and on state money spent on radio and TV ads of his duty.

He is married with Marcela Torres and they have 3 children.
