I live in Wales, UK, and my main interests are history and the arts (though my first degree was in French and Latin). My book, "Who's Who in Welsh History", was published by Christopher Davies in 1997 (and is still in print, if you're interested!) One of my novels, "A Broad Church", is available in the USA as a print-on-demand paperback. My second non-fiction book is to be published by Wales Books in 2003.

So far I have been mainly concentrating on updating the list of kings and queens of Britain. The queens are more my specialist subject, but the kings need to be there first, and I do accept that not all consorts deserve entries.

There doesn't seem to be much about Wales so far, so I'm attempting to put that right as well.

Thanks for finishing the Richard I entry; I had it marked as a "to do" but never got around to looking it up. Vicki Rosenzweig

My pleasure!

It's also nice to see the parts about Mary, Queen of Scots which I was too lazy to fill in. However I was only able to see it by looking at the diff. Even if I refresh the page, I only get my older, inferior version. Do you find that too? Derek Ross

Thanks for the links. I'm amazed at how quickly you got in - this was my first attempt having only discovered wikipedia just now. Martin user:Nuadh

Many thanks for additions to Earl of Holland, much appreciated. user:KCF
