Few tourists come over the Rudee Bridge and the entrance to the neighborhood is not obvious to most. During the summer you will be greeted by surf schools run by the Recreation Center and Hotline Surfboards. Just north of Croatan Pass Rudee Inlet is the infamous 1st street. The ECSC has been held at this location for 40 years. |

Croatan Beach is an affluent residential neighborhood in the independent city of Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. Croatan Beach is located south of Rudee Inlet, near the Virginia Beach resort oceanfront. The beach is home to many large oceanfront and inlet -front homes. It is a very quiet and secluded area.
