Uncastillo (Aragonese: Uncastiello) is an Aragonese municipality in the province of Zaragoza situated in the county of Cinco Villas. It has a population of 814 inhabitatants (2008) and an area of 230.60 km² resulting in a population density of 3.68 people per square kilometer.

Along with the localities of Sos d'o Rei Catolico, Exeya d'os Caballers, Sadaba and Taust it is one of the five towns that make up and give name to the county of Cinco Villas.

In 1966 Unicastillo was declared a Conjunto Histórico-Artístico. It has important Romanesque buildings.
