Millar McCowan is a manufacturer in Scotland producing sweets for the brands of McCowan’s, John Millar & Sons. Among its brands are Wham Bars, and Highland Toffee. It also produces traditional Scottish Candy such as Pan Drops and Bonbons.[1] Millar McCowan is Scotland’s largest independent confectionery manufacturer.[citation needed] It has production facilities at both Broxburn and Stenhousemuir (near Falkirk).
