Charles Mills (born 13 Jul 1755, died 29 Jan 1826), was a British Member of Parliament for Warwick from 1802 to 1826.[1]

He was educated at Rugby. He was a partner in the private bank Glyn's, and was also a director of the East India Company, later deputy chairman.[2]
