Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt (パンティ＆ストッキングwithガーターベルト, Panti ando Sutokkingu wizu Gātāberuto) is a Action-Comedy anime series produced by Gainax. It began airing on October 1, 2010 in Tokyo MX and simulcasted on Crunchyroll.[1][2]
Story
Panty and Stocking are angels who where kicked out of heaven due to their bad behavior. Meanwhile on Daten City, a group of ghosts starts to terrorize the place and takes advantage of human greed. Seeing this, both Panty and Stocking were given one more chance to redeem themselves as Angels and get back to heaven by exterminating the ghosts plaguing the city.

Anime
The anime series, animated by Gainax and directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi, will begin airing in Japan from October 1, 2010. The opening theme is "Theme of Panty & Stocking" by Taku Takahashi of M-Flo whilst the ending theme is "Fallen Angel" by Aimee B.
Manga
A manga adaptation of the series by Tagro began serialisation in Kadokawa Shoten's Young Ace magazine from August 4, 2010.[3]
