Ernest John Munro Walker, known as Ernie Walker, (7 July 1928 — 14 May 2011) was a Scottish association football administrator who served as the Secretary of the Scottish Football Association from 1977 to 1990.[1][2] He was also Chairman of UEFA's Stadia Committee for more than a decade.[1][2]

Walker was awarded both the OBE and CBE.[3]
