Welcome to Wikipedia. Since you have edited pages on Scouting, you might care to join the Wikipedia:WikiProject Scouting.
Your recent edit on the B-P article will cause some controversy. There has been a real battle to get that bit right and you have just altered it to a real "Pro scouting, pro-B. P. "point of view" (POV). The argument was about getting a neutral point of view (NPOV). Expect your change to be reverted. I am tired of reverting that article, although from vandals not from editors like you. If you want to make progress, I suggest you revert your changes and then ask on the talk page whether your changes are acceptable.
