Bottom-page template?

Finland?

Though there is no description in the template itself the page where it links to - Military operations in Scandinavia and Iceland during World War II - states that it is for military operations in Scandinavia, including Finland (while including events at Iceland for example). Now both the article in question and the nav box lack just about all references to Finland during WWII. Which does seem more than a bit odd. Also the whole nav box is a disorganized mess.
