Winslow T. Wheeler is an American defense analyst, and Director of the Straus Military Reform Project at the Center for Defense Information. [1] He is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute.[2]

Life

He worked on national security issues U.S. Senate staff, and for the General Accounting Office, from 1971 to 2002. He worked for Jacob K. Javits, Nancy Landon Kassebaum, David Pryor, and Pete Domenici.

He is married; they have two sons.[3]
