ProClarity Corporation was a software company specializing in business intelligence which is now part of Microsoft business intelligence unit. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in Boise, Idaho. ProClarity's products integrate tightly with Microsoft SQL Server, specifically Microsoft Analysis Services. Among ProClarity's more than 2,000 global clients are AT&T, Ericsson, Hewlett-Packard, Home Depot, Pennzoil QuakerState, Reckitt Benckiser, Roche, Siemens, USDA, Verizon, and Wells Fargo.

On April 3, 2006, Microsoft announced the acquisition of ProClarity.[1] The company has been folded into Microsoft Business Intelligence unit.
