shakira's song for "dora the explorer"

recently shakira made a song for dora the explorer's 10th anniversary album. i request that the song "todos juntos" and this information goes under the collaborations and other work. thank you [1]

This sentence does not make sense. Please fix it.

2009–11: She Wolf and Sale el Sol

... The touring group also doubles as a record label which promotes but does control the music their artists release. ...

"Which promotes but does control" ? This should probably either be "which promotes but does not control" or "which promotoes and also controls". As I have no knowledge of the subject at hand, I cannot fix the article. Please find out what is the nature of this company's relation to Shakira and her music and fix the article accordingly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Romancer (talkcontribs) 20:12, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request on 17 May 2012

The last paragraph of the lede describes one of her songs as "a worldwide smash hit". The word "smash" should be removed, as "smash hit" is unencyclopaedic sounding.

Request seems reasonable and unrelated to the reason for protection, done. Monty845 05:18, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Shakira's father William Mebarak Chadid is Lebanese-Maronite Catholic

Shakira's father William Mebarak Chadid is Lebanese-Maronite Catholic. Maronites are Lebanese Christians and have nothing in common with Macedonians. Can someone remove this provocative misleading information. (I am a new user and cannot make changes) Thanks in advance.

Shakira’s father is originally from the United States, born in New York, but moved to Colombia at an early age where Shakira was born and raised.
