Smadar Rosensweig (born Smadar Eliach) is a clinical professor (nontenured) of Bible at Yeshiva University's Stern College for Women. Previously, she was a professor of Judaic studies and history at Touro College.

Professor Rosensweig received her B.A. from Barnard College, M.A. ('87) and M.Phil ('89) from Columbia University. She gives shiurim and lectures extensively throughout the New York metropolitan area and across the country.[1]

She is the daughter of Rabbi Dr. David Eliach and Dr. Yaffa Eliach, renown Holocaust Scholar and professor emeritus at Brooklyn College. Her husband, Rabbi Dr. Michael Rosensweig, is a Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshiva University.[2]
