Business experience

At the ripe old age of 7, Hardiman began her business career by organizing a Neighborhood Support for Seniors crew. She and two of her friends would visit the neighboring Seniors Citizens home twice a week to volunteer their time; list of services included trash removal, store runs, a game of checkers, and listening to stories about “the good old days.”

At age 10, Hardiman founded South Chicago Clean Up Power (SCCUP), an organization to help clean up the neighborhood. She enlisted 15 of her peers to serve as volunteers and to help raise money for SCCUP. With the $250.00 raised, Hardiman purchased hats, tee shirts and clean up supplies. This crew met once a week, followed the agenda, and recorded minutes; unbeknown to Hardiman, she was creating her path to non-profit organizational leadership.

As a PhD Scholar Practitioner, earning both her Masters and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, she is considered to be by many, the Sage in Entrepreneurship.

A 10-year veteran in the field of research and organizational psychology, Stacee Hardiman has established herself as an entrepreneur, author, scholar and community servant. She is the Founder, President, and CEO of Gateway To Genesis, Inc., a non profit corporation geared toward helping minority business gain leverage; her clinical experience includes creative process, relationship dynamics, spirituality, and self preservation.

Holding a firm belief that “to whom much is given, much is expected.” As a community Ambassador, Hardiman spends countless hours working with Senior Citizens, organizing health fairs, and sponsoring community events.
